The Victory Neighborhood Association (ViNA) is the neighborhood organization for the Victory Neighborhood. Incorporated in 1992, as a not-for-profit corporation, ViNA's mission is to protect and promote neighborhood interests and the health, safety and general welfare of the residents in a non-partisan, educational and cooperative manner.

Any person of voting age who resides in, owns property in or operates or facilitates a business in the Victory neighborhood is eliglble for membership in ViNA. General membership meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of every month at 7:00 pm. They are held in the St. John's Missionary Baptist Church at 4301 Thomas Avenue N.

ViNA currently has one part-time staff person. The ViNA office is staffed at the following times:

Mondays & Wednesdays
8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Fridays
by appointment

All activities, events, committees and operations are conducted primarily by volunteers.

The Victory Neighborhood Association is a not – for profit 501(C)(3) organization. As such any contributions to ViNA are tax deductible for the donor. Please consider making a contribution in support of ViNA. Contributions can be directed to specific projects such as the Ryan Lake Trail Project, the Lincoln for Lincolns campaign or to general support of the Victory Neighborhood Association.
